Porunga and the ssj power.

I heard that there is three dragons. Shenron, red shenron, and porunga. I know how to get both shenrons but not Porunga. Im not sure that Porunga is in this game I just read it when I was reading all the questions. Also about the "SSJ power" don't say anything about it unless you know for sure. Can you only get it with a game shark? Well thats it.

Porunga is the Namke Dragon that can grant three wishes. You get him the same as the other. It might be random but I always got them in order until I got all the wishes.

First of all yes there is a porunga and to get to him follow these steps. When you get all 7 dragon balls make sure you go to the options menu and save the game. Once you have done that summon the dragon balls and see which dragon you recieve. If it is one of the shenrons just make any wish to get back to the menu. Once there go back to the options menu and load the game, you should have all the dragon balls back. Now summon the dragon again. If it is another shenron just load the game again and keeep summoning the balls until you reach porunga. This is what I did and it worked.

I got porunga by restaring my game at the save menu after imade a wish. Porunga is tight

And try getting a dragon ball when you fight a nemekian in dragon history like slug

Yeah, I got him when I was trying to get Normal Shenron. I got him the same way I got the others. So it is possible you just need to collect the Dragon Balls and see which Dragon you get.
