best character and items to equiped to him

On my opinion I think cell is a good character because you can take life from your ememy and add it to yourself and when you add the regeneration abilty to cell hes very powerful but thats only my opinion.

Ok well the only problem is if your cell and you fight an android you can't take thier life in my opinion if it's a team battle I like to start with goku mid or friza and equip secret measures and rising fighting spirit so you can use thier Ultimate a lot then when they get low in health I switch over to tien he has savior and either roshi's training or king kia's training then fire away with neo tri beam cannon

I like Ultimate Gohan, if you power up his blast 1 to full it is more powerful than his ultimate blast. So what I do is equip any item that reduced ki comsumption ('halo' does this) and also equip ultimate body, so that you aren't stunned when you get hit by weak attacks.

I would say that Cell is the best fighter and when you equip the regeneration abilty you become unstoppable thats my opinion and I think that freiza is the weakest fighter

Well, I can't say any is best, it's all how you use them, eg: I suck with anyone who is slow (except the huge guys) I seem to be best with piccolo(end), kid buu and ss4 gogeta

I do best with the people that are small and/or fast (gt goku, kid gohan, ect.) but my favorite is Tapion. His sword is awesome, and his second blast 2 attack, the blade one, shoots 5 homing energy blades at your opponent. Also, he's the only character I can do z counters and sonic sway a lot with.
