Date of Question: Jan 15 2008 | Question ID: 106905 I got 100% on Dragon Hirtory and Z items. All characters and all stages but I can't get the Red Shenron Wish. I always get the 50,000 zeni wish, someone pl's help.Also, how do I get Capital City? Is there such a thing because it doesn't show an empty slot when I choose battle stages. |

When they mean Red Shenton's Wish is when you
Get him and use a wish,red Shenron's Wish.
Cause other than that I don't think there is a wished
Called that.

Nah there isn't just the ruins or whatever. But if you see two X's it's okay only stages with Z's blocking the view are stages you need to unlock.

I think he meands to get red shenron. Coz when I sommond red shenron there wasnt a wish saying red shenron.
