To unlock sparking fusion you have to have a save file from Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 1 and then you can unlock it,you get around 100000 Zeni.
go to majin buu saga and go to buu vs buu and fly to the hill roads and keep on dafeating yamcha in a bet and if you win the match youll win 1000000 zeni!
