For anyone, give them multiple Title [Tenkaichi]s or Kiss of 18s. For the last one, get the item that stops all damage if you are blocking, since it works so well. You should try to find an item that gives you extra equipment slots and does something extra for your effects.

The other items can be the ones that make your block unbreakable and block from all sides. (not sour if Goku can get them or Vegeta)
