Actually yea if not you have a glitch I was also wondering how to get and if you pick the true martial arts tournament after you collect the dragonballs

You collect all the dragon balls then when you choose to make you wish choose the true world tournament that is the final saga

You lie, true world tournament is actually the final saga, in which you can be/fight kid goku, master roshi(goku and krillan's master), and general tao(tien's master before he met chiatzu atleast that's what I think tao might have been tien and chiatzu's master but they/tien abandoned him). It's very easy so no need to worry about trying to destroy someone strong(like broly or bojack)
