Your best bet is to use "Energy Attacks" to keep him away. If that doesn't work, be ready for a beat-down. The Good News: repeated "Range Attacks" should work perfectly....with good tiing.
you should you your ki attacks alot so that when he gets close knock him out
when u start use kamahameha then hold L2 and continually use L1 and L2 to avoid him
Use the Kamehameha a lot and when he gets close to you knock him away from you. With his little health knock him out.
