How do you do the Kaio-Ken Attack because I kept on pressing triangle+up+L2 but it doesn't work. I also checked the skills list when I was at full power and it wasn't highlighted.

Press L2, up, and O when you have 2 favorite bars full and you will transform into kio-ken then you press L2, Up, Triangle,

You need first to do the Kaio-Ken power up. This will take a few seconds. If you get hit before it's done you need to try again. After that you can do the Kaio-Ken Attack.
You need to use the Kaioken technique (one of his favourite techniques) before you use the kaioken attack.
You have to transform into Kaio-ken first then the move will work.
You need to make sure that you have one of those "Blue Orbs/balls" (Favorites Skills) before attempting to do it.
