I need to know how I get Equipment Slot + 4 or that item after Equipment Slot +3???...

To get the slot +4 thing you have to do a z item fusion with two slot +2's.
That makes two of us.......

2 Dragon Power
This is the only reason why Equipment slots + 3 is available for Z Item Fusion.
