How do you unlock the saibamen, if anyone could tell me I would appreciate it.

You get the sibamen when you beat someone that breaks into the arena, I belive it's Nappa

In the Dragon Arena: use a Level 10-20 character, and battle opponents *AT LEAST DOUBLE* your own level. Eventually, Nappa will "Suddenly Break In". Defeat him, and the Saibamen will become unlocked. *Example: A level 25 Cell should battle a Level 50 anyone. Once you "Power-Up" to Level 26, battle a Level 52,...and so on.

defeat nappa when he breaks in the dragon area levels you face to get him to break in is 31-35 your character level can not be supirior.

A better way to put it is in dragon arena you must have a character that is the level between 10-20 then fight level 32 videl about 3-5 times and nappa will break in and when you beat him you will unlock saibamen and does anyone know who I have to fight in the to get cell games
