You have to get the capsule for it.
To get it you have to buy it in the shop or find it just before you fight frieza on namek.
You need to get the capsule. Get it from the shop before you fight Frieza.
You will need to Buy it at the shop......or you could get lucky and find it in the story mode.
You just buy the capsul for it. Nomatter how much zenie it is just buy it IT IS WORTH IT I HAVE IT AND IT IS AWESOME!!!!!! Hope i helped! :-)
