I don't think there is one, there was in Budokai 2, but not in Budokai3.

Yes, supreme kai does have a fusion in this game, but you have to buy it for 30,000 zenie in the capsule shop.

Kibitoshin: Use Gohan's Dragon Universe for AT LEAST the second time. Fullfill the "Supreme Kai Requirements", and then beat Kid Buu (with Gohan). DO NOT GO TO FIGHT BROLY!!! Go to Central City, and then head West (to the coastline). Find the "Forest" event on one of the islands, and you will unlock the Kibitoshin Fusion after the scene there.
