I am playing singles, specialized career, free style. I am not able to finish the first round itself because I am not able to finish the objectives. The object is to "score 50 points doing a manual". I don't know how to do a manual. Anybody please help me to finish this. Thank you.

Quickly push the left joystick 2 times down for manual, and up for nose manual.
