Can someone please tell me what you have to do for the radio guy in High..

If you go to the street and see a ramp leading up to a place with a red cable car thing, go inside it and it will take you to the top of the mountain. If it's a diffirent level then don't worry, It's supposed to be. So, what you have to do is find the ramp made of snow that leads up the mountain. Once found, go up it to the top of the mountain and you'll see a flock of birds on top. I think that there's a thing at the bottom that you pull to make the tower spin. If not then try to bark at the birds or try to climb up it. Trust me, I beat the whole game.

What you have to do is get the pigeon feeder from the mall landing then take the pigeon feeder all the way to the radio antenna and then drop it and all the birds will come down.

PS. To get to the radio antenna, you have to take the cable car.

When you are at the doors of where the parrot is at turn right and go up to the balcony and grab an item that has birds around it. Once you've grabbed it head for the cable car and go 2 the antena and set the item you should have near it,the birds should fly off and you should complete the mission. You have to go back to the cable guy to get a bone.i tried this and it worked for me.
