to get your tension up use tighten 20 tension or really tighten 40 tension.
to get your friendship back use the Friend drink 10(map item), Affection Drink 20 (map item), and when fighting use the command that is shown the most on the digimon you want the friendship to be raised with so if for example agumon has pepper breath and sharp claw as commands but pepper breath only has 6 and sharp claw has 9 use sharp claw.
