Ok here it is, after your've interogated the thugs in the store and save the 2 salesmen, talk to them and then watch em run behind a counter.

On the top of that counter is a "homey disguise", use this just before you get asked for your id into the pool hall and wal-la, your in. Open the doors and head and hide behind bar on left, let the gun battle rage without you, then take out whats left, you'll need the keys to the movie house so check em all pretty well, when ya go bck out are 3 dudes in car park waiting for ya so go carefull, another jumps out from the store, 2 in hole dug at end of path, to kill stand next to dumpie loaded with beams and press "X" to dump em on them.

Use em to get to other side, 3 guys waiting there to take you out, kill them then go to front door and you find that one.... hope this helps
