What does trickster do?

Trickster as said before lets you evade attacks by having a super speed button where you go the way you point with you analogue stick and as you press the circle button it is really helpfull when you are fighting the ice guardina or whatever it's called on the 3rd lvl

Trickster is the style that is like the fox. Sly, quick, and allows you to get away from any monsters, or people that wish to harm you. The more you power the style up, the easier it will be to get away, and run from enemies. The more you upgrade the trickster style, the more evasive techniques that you will learn. You can use the circle button when you are pointing the Analog Stick in any direction to quickly jump, or glide back from enemy attacks, or just weave to the side and launch your own attacks. It is a very useful style that prevents Dante from getting hurt a lot. You should use the Trickster style if you just want to quickly get away from the enemies, or just do not want to fight all the time.

Trickster's most useful ability is the Level 2 SkyStar ability, which allows you to make a horizontal mid-air "jump" to avoid danger. The dodges aren't too bad, but you can get roughly the same effect by rolling sideways just as an attack is about to hit. The wall-running is fairly useless - there's nothing in the game that requires you to run along a wall to get to it.
