I need a lot of help beating Vergil in Mission 7. And also tell me what two weapons I sould use and what level my guns should be in. The guns I have are Ebony and Ivory, a shotgun, and Artemis. The Devil Arms I have are Rebellion, Cerberus, and Agni and Ruddra. Thanks for your help. Please give reasonable answers.

Vergil's attack pattern is pretty predictable. He teleports towards you or away from you if he's too far away to immediately launch an attack. He then attacks, and is vulnerable for a while if you attack him immediately afterwards. After a certain number of hits, he'll fall backwards, and if you try to hit him again after that he'll block you again.
Vergil may be attacked after any of his combos, or after he performs Judgment Cut (the attack where he forms orbs of dark energy around you). You can get a single hit in after Rapid Slash (his dashing attack, usually accompanied by "scum!" or "die!") but he will block any attacks after the first hit so it's generally not worth the risk. He may not be attacked while walking around or taunting.
Weapons don't really matter as Vergil has no specific strengths or weaknesses, but Rebellion is generally a favourite among those fighting Vergil for the first time. Vergil will block most of your gun attacks, but a close-range Shotgun blast does do some damage to him.
