I can't get past level1 because as soon as you jump into the area where a cutseen shows the gates closing,after that shows the screen turns black and stays black,but I can still here it loading and can still quick reset(start+select)?I think my game has a bug(this is on disc1).plese help!

Uh...it's probably your disc. I own the game, have clocked it many a time and haven't experienced this problem myself. Look at your disc for scratches, dust and/or fingerprints and see if you can fix it.

I'm sorry to say this but it sounds like it keeps freezing either that or the disc is buggered and you need a new one... Sorry mate

Well it seems like a technical error of some kind please check the disc for any marks what so ever and dust and get a small dry soft peace of cloth end wipe the disc very carefully from edge to edge going in a clockwise way then counterclockwise if this does not work your disc if either currupt or it has a bug in it's system or it's just broken if it's broken you may need to buy a new dmc2 game sorry but thats how it is well if you have any more questions about devil may cry 2 or any other dmc game please don't feel bad to contact me I love helping people well see ya ~{Signed THANATOSX8}~
