To kill him you must have good guns esp. Ebony and ivory, then just keep shooting at him till you get devil trigger and take him down. You should have the starting guns, the shotguns, machine guns, and the rocket launcher.

Two of three heads will be images; find the real one and fill it with lead, until you get more than enough DT, then you go into DT and attack with long range attacks. Repeat this not-so-laborious process and you should have it killed in no time.
It doesn't matter which guns you SHOULD have by that point; you can go back through the game and collect them again any way, so there is no point in trying to complete the game in one shot, same goes for the amulets and swords.

Lets see if you're talking about nTrismagia don't worry your not the only one to have trouble with him...It really doesn t matter what guns you have but it does help to have the rocket launcher...this weapon does the most damge...when one of the heads moves into attack fire the rocket launcher at the head until it gets close...usually ull only be able to hit it once...then dodge around to the heads back and shoot it again...do this until the three heads become one...when this happens fire away until he shoots you with the beam...usually get about three hits in...then dodge the beam and fire at him again...and repeat...oh and while he is shiiting you as the three heads just try to dodge as those are the worst thing to get hit by...i hoped this helps...hes the hardest boss good luck
