I need help on a mission in Takoshima, which you have to find a traitor of West Yakuza, I can't find it! HELP!!!

OK where all the west yakuza ppl are..get into one of their bodies...then...if you are coming from the east yakuza part of town, go to the very end of the west yakuza base..to where the road is and a man by the tree on the very end-left of the base will be the traitor.
