I don't understand how the "Gene Blender" works. The one where it says when you complete it you can PK cars and vans I have a checkmark next to the cop but next to nothing else. And Ive finished a few, but they don't have any check marks. And where do you find Secret agents at?

Gene blender combines different blood for a new capability for you. Each makes your powers better in a way. So do them all and you are like infinity powerful.. You can hurt people easier and it's easier to do future missions. You have to find the other people. If they are not listed you must reach your next destination.
The secret agents *plays the song 'secret agent man'* are in front of parlament just blow up some buildings and abduct every1 till it says secret agent at the bottom
