How do you blow the road block on campaign 3. I've cleared all the shooters but can't figure out the blockade

After you rid of the shooters there will be a wall of garbage. Somewhere on it there's explosives, press the action button and watch the wall blow up.

I just threw a c4 at the garbage and then blew it up
