To revive Jurak you will need to complete the georama.
Here are the requirments:
FOREST LAKE APPEARS
*River has at least 15 trout
WITHERED TREE APPERANCE
*Big nose tree between eye trees
*Surround eye/nose trees with rivers
ELDER JURAK REVIVAL
*A withered tree in the future
*A lake appears in the future
*Gordon resides in the forest
