Where can I find a rotating sign? Please help me!

It is a part of georama item. Its a chinese stand. Place the "Chinese Stand" georama anywhere and put yourself near it. Take a photo of it and it should stay rotating sign.

In the georama part Chinese stand make a picture of the top the rotating thingy.
