How do you beat the Minataur boss in the Coliseum in the Moon Sea?
I heard that you have to do something with the barrels.
But I've tried destroying them and it does nothing to him.
Do I hit them and wait for him to drink the ones I hit or do I not hit them at all?
And what character would be the best to use for this?

Destory the barrels, so he can't drink them to get stamina. Then use your own stamina drink, and attack him relentlessly. The best character to do this would be Toan (or whatever you named him) with the sun sword.
Lead the Boss to one of the barrels and while he's drinking one, attack his butt! He'll then stop drinking the barrel and run away. Repeat this until you win. I used Toan and the strongest sword I have.
