Its likely that you don't have the parts assembled correctly:
Head (Event - Dome Ticket)
Center Torso
Right Shoulder (Event)
Right Arm
Right Hand
Left Shoulder (Event)
Left Arm
Left Hand
Waist
Right Thigh (Event)
Right Foot
Left Thigh (Event)
Left Foot
Once completed, there's a cut scene, and you have time to supply up and then your off to the castle.

What you have to do is complete it (all but the sun stone) and keep moving the parts around until they attach to the part it's beside and to watch the movie clip you walk on the ground till it fades out and shows it
