Go talk to trent the tree, in the second village, I can't remember the name off hand.

Okay, here's the thing. To get the serpent sword, if you already have the whole river conected drout, go inside and talk to him (you need to have the hunter's earings).

If you are lucky, he'll give you the serpent sword when you talk to him. Good Luck! Oh, and plus you need to finish that Cacao's house first.

He'll give you a flute that makes the snake come. Good Luck!!!
