What is Ruby's best weapon, and which get's there faster, the goddess ring, satan's ring, or the fairy ring?

The goddes ring is the only wepon that builds up to rubys best wepon but ima tell you this 2 build it up you need it's fire at like 70 or 80 it's holy at 80 and wind and ice at 70 n it thunder at like 65 it's attack at 99 and the hardest and most important is it's magic which you need to max out to 220 I didnt get mines 2 build up until level 22.
