I am stuck on case 2 where I have collected all evidence and processed what I need and asked all possible questions and cannot get the lab, morge, and Brass's office. What should I do?

I have the same problem and I collected all the evidence and analyzed all the evicence, and I can't get anywhere else. I can't get to any other locations. The only locations I have are the mini lab, and the crime scene
Found the missing element. While you have the bullet from the body and demo room wall in the comparison microscope, you have you rotate the bullets til they match. Took me a while and came across it by accident.
^Can't get a bullet from the body, I only have the one from the wall.
