Desert Watch Stealth Guide

Does anyone have a stealth guide for this level?, because I'm trying to play this game by mainly using stealth to get through the levels. The reason I'm asking about this particular level is because I can't seem to get past more than 1 infantry without sounding the alarm at the beginning of the level.
