After you get the pliers (or wrench I forgot) in the theatre, where do you go to cut the wire? The evil stalker guy that yells "Glissa where are you" (have you ever noticed he calls her Glissa?) keeps killing me, and I can't look for it. Is there any way I can get rid of him?

After you get the pliers you leave the theatre and go to the place where you first get chased by the slegdehammer guy.
Go around the desk where alyssa was reading the newspaper at and there is a door that you will need to use the pliers for.
