This has been a hassle for me for a while now...How do I delete a single character from the import screen without deleting everyone? Is this possible? If so I would really appreciate it.

I don't remember off hand right now, but if you go to import like your starting a new adventure there should be a delete button , and anyways it has to be possible to delete characters cauze I don't think that you can make unlimited imported ppl
this won't likely help you now, given how old your question is, but it might help others. To delete a character, you have to delete that game save, if you want to delete a character in a multi-player game but keep another one, start a new game, import the character(s) you want to keep, and save over the original multi-player game
