Hi. Well, usually it takes a little bit more time than usual to locate the portals at Water's Edge if you're not sure where it is... Okay, from your starting point when you arrive at Water's Edge in Act III, go East (when facing the water in front of you and that island man you meet). Tread into the shallow Eastern waters and follow the coastline until you'll begin to see a new section of the island that is beginning to show up on your map. If you explore this new part of the island, hopefully you'll be able to find the first beach portal. Then, you'll see that you need to search for a second portal to activate this one. Well, continue exploring the new part of the island and you should find a small opening to your left, somewhere around. It's the cave, where the next portal is inside of. And just a heads up - you're going to need to fight four slavers (easy) and inevitably save a hostage (in the cave as well) to reach it. Hope that wasn't too confusing and was of some assistance. ^-^
