Question for Champions of Norrath: Realms of EverQuest

I am stuck on the Plane of Air. I have saved all the souls needed to lower the Barrier, but the portal is inactive and the merchant babe no longer has 'Return to the Plane of Hate' as an option.

My next step is to save Firiona Vie, but I can't get there! I've tried using a gate scroll and I have looked all over the zone for something that I might have missed...nothing.

Has anyone encountered this before, and what do I do?

You have to use the "hate cleansing" portal to be sent back. It is on the Plane of Air. If you bring up your map (R3) it will show you where it is. Normally it's either to the left or right of the Save Pont.

Thanks Angelnic for your input, but I am not yet to the part of the game that I need to cleanse myself of hate. That comes AFTER saving Firiona Vie.

What I am saying is that I can't get back to the Plane of Hate to save her.

The portal on the Plane of Air says 'Use another portal to return to here', and Natasla (the merchant girl) no longer has the option to return to the Plane of Hate.

The spots on the Plane of Air where you can cleanse yourself of hate are not active yet because I have not saved Firiona Vie.

I am afraid that there may be a bug in the game. I have another character who is having this same problem.

If anyone else has experienced this and knows what to do, please let me know!

Well, I had the same problem for a little bit, but what I did was use a gate scroll then returned to the previous location with the cauldron, after that everything was fine.

how do we get out of the Plane of Air to save Firiona Vie. the portal isn't active and the gate scroll says no gate set. PLEASE HELP

You have to go back down to the cauldron again and walk towards the back and you will see the entrance to where Firiona Vie id located. Just go back to the Cauldron where you saved the souls...hope this helps...
