Horn of Ill Omen

Alright I'm on the quest where you have to go through the water and kill the sea monster thing to get the horn of ill omen. It then tells me to take the horn to a guy/gal named... Davel... It's cut off the screen on my tv but I have no idea where this person is at, and I have looked multiple times and I have given up I already broke one of my old controlers on this part please help... All comments appreciated

Ok, when you kill the sea creature you can teleport or go the long way to Waters Edge and the man that was talking to you when you crashed onto the island is Davel

you know where you first start out o act three ?thats the guy your looking for the person who first talks to you in act three

Run to the left of the screen from the crashed boat. He is standing by the hut. I ran ALL over the place for 3 days, even by the spot! Unfortunately, when you "solve" a quest on this game the person you are seeking does not show any kind of symbol above them like in other games... And the people are tiny, tend to blend in if your color is not set properly on the t.v.
