how do you really unlock rocket booster, portable holes and spring on cel damage overdrive?

Simply by completing each level as the six (or ten if you have unlocked the other four bonus characters) in the 'smack attack' mode will gradually unlock every weapon, as well as player video clips

Those 4 weapons are the boss characters secret weapons as well as the other ones that arent really that good. The rocket booster is Brian the Brains secret weapon so in order to unlock this, you must complete about 12 areas while playing as that character. Whack Angus: Spring Count Earl: Cloak
T-Wrecks: Portable Hole. To unlock these characters simply complete the three arenas in all 3 modes.
