In the anti soul mystery labs, go to the second floor
There is a large room with a sideways elevator platform, in this room there are several items, a helth max up on the far side behind the large pillar, and a heart max up on the pillar on the side you begin from, after getting these (youll probably need them) go onto the platform, and ride it back towards the way you came in, near the door, is a platform to the side with a potion on it, jump onto this platform, from here there are 3 poles on which to swing from, up to a landing(note the heart max up is here) go into the green door, and inside is a miniboss, defeat him and you will recieve the fire whip as a reward
