You have to get the Mage ID first and progress him to a Nautilus Rod which is on the chart the second from the left, he has the purify ability that will take care of them

To kill the blood skeletons you need a mage i.d thats a nautilus mage that knows purify which is used as a normal attack it's can kill all undead =)

You can kill the red skellitons with the mage I.D that knows "purify"
