Question for Castlevania: Curse of Darkness

Why won't the Versatile Spear appear in the combine list? I have all the the materials needed(looked them up) but it still wont show up!!

Are you sure?
If yes then try to get more of these materials and weapons that are needed...
If you still can't get the recipe,I guess you have to proceed with the main story of the game...
