The only way to kill the Blood Skeletons is to have the Nautilus Rod.
To get one,evolve the Mage ID this way:
Wood Rod--->Scissor Rod--->Nautilus Rod
(All the way to the left)
After killing some enemies,Nautilus will learn Purify.
Note that Nautilus will use purify without your permission to any kind of Undead enemy(including Blood Skeletons.
