Uhm..Okay. To Unlock Boost and Dj do I have to do the race Boostin' with Fillmore?
And I've completed Sherrif's chase, but I don't see Vince anywhere.

Are the Secret charecters usable for races?

Im so confused by it all, someone plz reply ASAP!

I don't know about boost and dj but it's sherrif's hot prusuit not sherrif's chase
