Question for Call of Duty 2: Big Red One

Playing single player and I am stuck at the gate in the warehouse. Please someone tell me how to open the gate. And if you have to go through doors how do you open them. Thank you to who ever tells me. So lost and very new at playing the games. I am dissabled and can't do much. My daughter and her friend gave me the playstation 2. I am 48 years old.

I think you go up a ladder and around a fence you get through there then you will find a platform
Then look for a switch then a press square then the gate should open

If you try to use dynamite or grenades that should help

You have to climb the ladder, and go around the fence, kill all the people, then you will be helped to open the gate. But beware, there are a lot of people on the oher side.

Hi, I'm also stuck at the gate in the warehouse. And I don't know how to climb up the ladder. Can anyone guide me through?

To climb the ladder you just walk up to it like in many other games and to open door you have to wait untill the squad is surrounding it then walk up to it a squad member usually brooklyn except for some cases will then open it the best thing to do next is to toss a grenade through the door then go through after it explodes.
