How do get unlimited life?

I have completed the game on all 3 levels and have 79 stumps. I'm not aware of any way to get 'Unlimited Life'. But I do have that 1 last stump to get and there's supposed to be a big surprise when you have them all. Maybe it's 'Unlimited Life'.

By finding stumps throughout the game, you can however qualify for 'Quick Regeneration'(20 stumps) and 'Double Health' (60 stumps).

Even more importantly, you can get 'Unlimited Ammo' (40 stumps) and 'Double Damage' (80 stumps)
