I think I know which one you're missing, but here is the list.

LOST - Level 4 /task 3 (The Tower)
* first room - window to the left
* then turn around and go past the door and window - around the corner to the right and straight ahead
* then turn right and walk past the opening on the left and straight over to the next wall - stump is below the thatched roof up on a notch in the wall
* turn left (facing tower), and left again passing 2 windows in the corner, and left again - then right at the fallen block, and right again to the fallen thatched roof - go through the door just to the right and straight ahead to the high window in the wall - turn left to see another high window with a stump

*** at the very end, overlooking the shelter and the lions, it's to the right (down on their level) laying on a block of stone next to the wall

>>> You should now have all the stumps in the game and I would very much appreciate knowing where my last stump is.
