In the second part of the cemetery there is one tomb you cant get into because the door won't open, and buffy replies with its not locked, there must be another way to get inside...

On the opposite side there is an open crypt. Jump on the crypt and kick out the window.
Be careful once inside you have to defeat some zombies.
When you walk out the door you will have to battle some vamps.
Beating them is easier if you have the shovel.
