When Slezz throws enemies at you that have a bomb on their chest just grab them with your chain and throw him back at her.

But before you do that you need to pull the switch so the place will fill with water and she won't block the person. If you do it correctly the bomb should blow up and leave a mark on her stomach. Do that a few times and then you can go inside her, grab her heart with your chain and you win.
