I'm in the surveillance room (the bit near the trolley entrance) but double H is stuck downstairs cos he's too fat to fit through and I have no idea how to get him up.
Can anyone help?

Don't worry. Fat Double H can't fit through so what you have to do is this. Lift the gate up and go through. When you came through, there is a little platform on your left. Dock on there and then get up. You don it!!
