Back in the good ol' days, there was a nifty feature called Human Plus, or in AC3's case, OP-INTENSIFY (OP-I).
They offered functions such as: 2x energy, super radar, blade throwing, and firing back cannons while moving.
With NEXUS, this feature was totaly removed for the player.
This trend carries from NEXUS to Ninebreaker and on to Last Raven.
The enemy AI always has it, because the AI just really isnt good enough not to. So, yes, it makes the game harder but without it, that game would be too easy.
So, cutting to the chase, You cannot get H+/OP-I for your own AC anymore, and yes, it's is a CPU only feature to make the game more difficult. Savvy?
