Get a lot of near misses and get cops on your tail then drive threw yards and driveways and get clean driving bonuses

First thing to do is to rack up some points before meeting Iron Horse.Get alot of near misses,drive on left side of street,scaring pedestrians off the sidewalk,and getting near misses from oncoming cars.Speed counts first when racing against Iron Horse.
